Email owner is no longer alive, and I have no access to the security code.

mail adres uzantım @w.cn ve sahibi öldü sanırım hiçbir maili alamıyorum dropbox sifremi biliyorum ama maile kod gönderiyo ama mail yok ortada giris yapılıyo mail gelmiyor sorunu çözemiyorum

    The issue is that without access to the email address associated with the account, there's no way to verify ownership of the account.

     

    Is it possible to reach out to the email service provider, to ask them to re-enable the email?

     

    Also, when you say that the owner is dead, are you referring to the email's owner, the email service provider or the Dropbox account owner? 

     

    Let me know, and we'll take it from there!
