Frequency to keep an account alive?

How frequently does one have to log into (or do anything else with) a free account to keep it alive/active and prevent it from being deleted due to lack of activity?

  • Hi sremick, thanks for messaging the Community!

To keep a free account active, you need to login to the account at least once every 12 months

After that period, the account would be deactivated by Dropbox due to inactivity.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
