Hi Walter,
My accounts are only for Dropbox, meaning they are not regular e-mail, meaning I usually write the e-mail in Dropbox and only enter the password, and thus I am able to log into my account. This problem occurred last November but after the update the problem was resolved. Currently, when I enter the password, a window appears in which it says(we sent a code to your account) , but since my accounts are for Dropbox only, I do not receive anything. Please stop requesting the security code by updating.

Hey Tagri, if I understand correctly, you have an email address that's used only for Dropbox, right?
What I'm not really clear on, is if you have access to this email address, but are not receiving the 6-digit code, or if you don't have access to the address at all; can you please clarify?

Hello Hannah,
Yes, I have private accounts for Dropbox only, meaning when I open the Dropbox application from my Android device, I only enter the account I want and the password, but since last August, when I enter the password, a window appears that a code has been sent to the email address I want to access, but as for your second question, I don’t have the ability to access the email that I wrote in the Dropbox application, so I cannot know the sent code, meaning I do not receive anything. I think the solution is to stop the security code by updating or something like that.
