Can I get access to a deceased users account?

my aunt is recently deceased and i need to access her photos from her dropbox account does dropbox have a form i can fill out whare i can provide a copy of her death certificate and get access to her account i would send a email to support but dropbox has pre decided who is alowed to contact a real support person depending on the plan you choose

    I would like to consult with everyone.

    A few years ago, my father passed away, and now I turned on his computer, I discovered he was using Dropbox. I inherited his account information and password book, and when I tried entering the credentials, it showed that the password has expired.

    However, I am unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to the email address or phone number he used at the time.

    I wish to see what my father left behind. Is there any way I can fulfill that wish?

    I would greatly appreciate your help.

      Without access to the email address or possibly his phone (if he used two-step verification), it wouldn't be possible to gain access to the account through the normal methods.

       

      However, since this is the account of a family member that has passed, there may be another method available to you. Refer to the following help article for more information:
