Hi
I am having an issue signing into my second dropbox account. I know my email and my password to the account and I was always able to sign in fine before, however, now I am being asked for a 6 digit code but I don't have access to email I created my other dropbox account with simply because I can't remember the password to get into that email. It still exists I just can't remember its password and it seems to be another issue trying to recover that old email's password. Is there another way I can sign in with a different verification process?

Hi there diosartiles, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Since the email address in question still exists, have you tried resetting the email's password to regain access to the email address that's associated with the Dropbox account you're trying to access?
