Thanks for the additional screenshot! I double checked this with our team in the meantime and, indeed, there’s no other setting to be turned off in this case.
However, I’ve forwarded all of your feedback and comments to our team, as I understand this may not be ideal.

That was from the desktop app. But it appears on web
and on phone (I killed notifications in Android)
