As a first step, I suggest you take a look into this helpful Help Center article.
If you have access to your Dropbox account through a connected device, you can also temporarily disable 2FA.
Once you're logged into the app, you can then enable it from scratch.
Give this a go, and let me know how it goes.

Hi Lori,
Thanks for your recommendation. Actually I have 2 dropbox accounts: 1 normally used on my phone and another one (the one I am using to post here) is used on my laptop. So, I do not have connected device so that cannot disable 2FA.
Kindly advise how to do.

Hi Lori,
As mentioned in my previous post, I don't have connected device for that account, only logged in on my phone. Now I don't receive verification code to re-active my account and therefore, cannot disable 2FA
