Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

Are you upgrading your account via the Dropbox site, or via the Dropbox mobile app?
Which country (and currency) are you upgrading from?

And can you let us know if you're on a subscription already and are just trying to update your billing info, or are you perhaps trying to upgrade your account anew?

Hi,
I had this issue on Friday, I tried to pay several times with different browsers, but it didn't work. Finally, I could pay with my Ipad through apple pay, and it has been updated.

I already have a subscription but my credit card was hacked and a new card was issued. I tried to update through the Billing tab on My Account and that's when I got the error message;
You can't update your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None currency.
I have tried both a MasterCard and Visa and have tried MS Edge and Chrome. Nothing works.
