Unwanted trial
Hi all,
I have unwittingly signed up for a Business Advanced Trial. Iam now told that the trial expires in 1 week
All I wanted was a free account, I only have about 640MB stored. How do ...

Hi Keith Rawlings, absolutely not.
As mentioned earlier, you should be able to still share the content either via a shared folder, or shared link.
If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know!

Hey Keith Rawlings, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!
You should be able to cancel your trial as outlined here.

Hi Walter,
Steps 6&7 of that process (disbanding team) suggest to me I will be left with no team on my free account.
Can you allay my fears?

Yes, that is correct, Keith. Upon downgrading your account, you'll need to disband the team since free teams are no longer supported.
Once you're done with that, you’ll return to the type of account you had before you signed up for the free trial.
I hope this helps!

Eh?
So with a free account you are unable to share anything??

Are you referring to share folders, or links Keith Rawlings?
If so, you should be able to share content, even when using a Basic account.

I would need to be able to share folders, definitely. The ability to create links whilst useful would not be essential.
I seem to remember a few years ago being able to generate links on my old win 10 desktop with a free account. Has this ability been removed?
