Hey there Heavensent - sorry to hear about this.
Have you used the self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge in question?
If you did, does the email address seem familiar to you at all?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

If you never gave Dropbox your details somebody has stolen your details and is committing fraud in your name. If they do that here they will do it elsewhere.

I see, thanks for the additional information Heavensent
In that case, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance directly through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
Once you do this and get a ticket number from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up in our system as well if needed.

I have the same problem. Dropbox is billing me each month and I don't have a dropbox account.

First I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. If you recognize it, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
If you're unable to sign in to the account or you don't recognize it, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.- crsh1233 months agoNew member | Level 2
