unable to restore purchase

There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSUR...

I bought a pro subscription and it processed payment through the App Store and shows I paid. But in the Dropbox app it doesn’t show my updated subscription and keeps asking me to upgrade for more storage. I keep clicking restore purchases and it comes up with this error message: Unable to Restore Purchases
The operation couldn't be completed.
(NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)

    Hey Deondre1 & Mandy22, thanks for posting here today! 

     

    Have you tried to restore purchases, using these steps? If you've already tried this, and it didn't work, let me know more and I would be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look.

      Thank you for sharing that, I just took those steps and it didn’t work. When I tapped on restore purchases, a message popped up that said the operation could not be completed and showed an error code.
