Unable to access paid Professional plan, all I see is my Basic plan. Why?

I completed annual payment and received receipt for payment (Professional plan).  When I go to Dropbox my account it is a Basic plan without all of my previously saved files.  I cannot seem to log into my long-time paid account which I had simply switched from monthly payment to annual payment.   I would really like to speak with a human being as my entire contents from my hard drive had been saved to my Dropbox.

    It sounds possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're using. 
     

    Have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate the Dropbox account linked to the charge, and identify if it's a different one?

     

    Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or on the mobile app?
