Hi there @Patriot1 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
In this case, I'd recommend getting in contact with our support team directly through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
If you just want to find out the email address that's associated with the charge in question, you can use our self-served look-up tool as well.

Appreciate the advice, but still having a problem. Clicking on "this form" link above didn't send me to any form I could fill out. I looked up the email associated with that account. Its an outlook.com email that I don't - and to the best of my recollection never have - used. The problem is I guess i have a free personal Dropbox account associated with my active gmail account. When I log in and try to change my email to gmail it won't let me.....

Hey @Patriot1, here's what you need to do, to contact support and receive assistance for this issue.
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know once you have your ticket number.
