I got an error while upgrading, but the money has been taken out of my account
I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subs...

Sorry to hear about this, dannyreevell.
Can you open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps?
