How can I get a refund for my subscription which was upgraded?

I just got an email my annual subscription was upgraded and they charged my account. Will I be able to get a refund?

That first page only has my bank card details.

Second page has:
“Dropbox Essentials
You cancelled Dropbox Essentials recently. Resubscribe for US$218.90 per year.”

    When I click into Contact Us for help, I am unable to click: Submit Request, Chat or Request a Callback

      Thanks for the info. Please could you contact the support team directly by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
