How can I find the Dropbox account I'm getting charged for?
Does anyone recognise 'DROPBOXGBPCARDSBUSINESS IRELAND'?
This is a charge on my credit card and I cannot find out what it relates to
Many thanks

Thanks for posting here, MF112.
Is there an option to see more details on this charge in your bank statement? If yes, is there another 12-digit transaction ID showing?
You can use this to find the Dropbox account you’re being billed for by inserting it in the field given here.
Let me know if this helps.

You can contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
