Paid via App Store (iOS) but I'm not getting the subscription activated
I've paid via Apple App Store, but I ain't not getting the paid service. So I reached out to Apple due to Dropbox is not providing any support at all regarding to such incident.
Solution they provided was to refund, so I did. And then I try to subscribe again hoping there was something wrong during the plan activation procedure. Paid again, no service provided again, no dropbox support can be reached again, or...talk to a bot who lead you to bunch of irrelevent articles wasting you hour to read and attempt to fix something Dropbox should be the one who fix.
I believe if you cannot provide basic billing support service and to provide service people paid for, Dropbox shouldn't charge people.

Can you please try restoring your purchases as outlined here and let us know how it goes?
Make sure to have the most updated versions for your mobile's OS and the Dropbox app as well beforehand.
If you get an error along the way, send us a screenshot of that too.
