Paid for Dropbox Plus but didn't get the upgrade
Hi there,
Yesterday i've purchased the Dropbox Plus subscription from my pc.
119,88 euro's are gone from my bank account, but I didnt get recieve the Dropbox Plus update.
It still says that...

Do you see the Dropbox transaction ID in your bank transaction history?
A transaction ID would have 8 or 12 characters, including both letters and numbers and it would look like this: DROPBOX*123A456B789C
If you received it, can you look it up here and let me know if it brings up an account?

Hi Again.
I saw my bank transaction and the only thing that write is
Dropbox db.tt IR and the price that take me 119,80.
Please find assap solution , this account is member from company.
Where i can send you the bank reciept transaction ?

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
