Paid for an upgrade but didn't get it
How on earth can I speak with someone? They screwed up my account... I paid for an upgrade and it hasn't been acknowledged. The chat and contact us features are a complete joke

Hey @spag, thanks for the update.
And how did you upgrade your account? Was it directly from dropbox.com or the Dropbox app on your mobile device?

How do you mean 'you responded to an iCloud email'?
Dropbox only does upgrades via its website or its own apps. You cannot upgrade via an email address - especially one which isn't dropbox.com
- spag3 months agoExplorer | Level 3I received an email on my iCloud account stating that my account was out of storage and I clicked on a link and paid to upgrade my account.
