Not able to join Professional team

Hi there,

 

I am trying to join the Rekordbox Professional team on dropbox and I get the following error:

"You cannot link your Dropbox account to our team. Your account may already be connected to the other team. Please try again with a different account."

 

As far as I can see I am not joined to a team because I have the dropbox Basic plan. What can I do to fix this?

    Could you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting?

     

    Were you part of a Dropbox for Business teams account in the past or invited to one perhaps?

     

    Let us know and we'll take it from there.
