New credit card not accepted, what shall I do?
I have got a new credit card, and changed the card information on Your site, but You say it is not valid.
How can we get further

Have you used your new card with any other services? Is it working alright?
Have you also made sure you didn’t make any typos when updating your Dropbox account? Are the card number and CVV code correct?
If yes, I’d suggest testing this via a different browser too as the next step.
