I'm paying for a subscription, but my account shows as Basic
I am paying 11.99 monthly on my credit card but Dropbox shows me as having basic plan. There is no record of my payments on their web site. And when I try to submit my card info, it doesn't accept the info. I am out of space and not syncing. Do I need to cancel my account and start a new account? Thanks.

It sounds like you might be paying for a different account and not the one you're currently using.
Can you try to look up the payment info here, to see if you can locate the email address of the paid account?
