As long as the card is valid and Dropbox is able to continue charging you for your subscription, your account will not be deleted.

One thing just to be aware of is that if thinks like the card expire (expiration date/change of card number/3 digit CVC2 number etc.) you may need to update via the website. If it doesnt get updated payment MAY fail which could cause Dropbox to downgrade you and so your account get removed for inactivity or data deleted due to being over quota.
