I paid for my plan, but my account didn't get upgraded.

I paid for the plus subscription and the amount is also deducted from my account but the upgrade is not showing up.

  • Hi, can you verify that you are signed in to the correct Dropbox account?

    If you have multiple accounts, the upgrade might have been applied to a different account than the one you’re currently using.

    Also, go to the Billing page in your Dropbox account settings to check the status of your subscription.
