This service is not avaliable for me but i have been charge for $119 in the subscription, i am a very poor guy i really dont need your service pls give me refund,it is very important for me.

Have you tried contacting our Support team, using the steps that our Community Manager, Sam provided here?
I suggest our Support, because they would have all the available tools in order to locate the charge, and assist you with this.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
