I keep getting prompted to start a trial and can't access my files

My drop box will not allow me access to my stuff. It keeps making me do a 30 day trial of something. Every time I tick no thanks continue with basic it comes up again and won’t go away!

    How are you trying to access your account? Through the Dropbox website or the mobile app?

     

    If you go to your all files page directly, can you see your files?
