I keep getting charged but I have a free account
I have several times tried to cancel my Dropbox subscription, and in my account it says that I only have a free Dropbox basic subscription. But I still keep getting invoices.. And I dont know How to ...

Hey AnetteUG, thanks for reaching out to us.
The most common reason for this, is that the paid subscription is linked to a different account and not the one you're currently signed into.
If you're paying with your credit/debit card, I would suggest using out payment lookup tool.
This will show you the email address associated with your paid account; is it the same as the one you use for your free account?
