I got charged for a plan I didn't order
I have been using Dropbox for 4 years, paying USD 125 every 9/1. this year besides USD 125 on 9/1 they charged me USD 180 on 10/1. I spent whole October - 30 emails and DROPBOX stated it was NOT A DROPBOX CHARGE. I talked to 15 different people, including senior advisors. they asked me to open a dispute with my bank. 4 weeks later my bank provided me evidence from VISA it was a DROPBOX CHARGE. DROPBOX TEAM ADMITED IT WAS A DROPBOX CHARGE - NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS IT FOR. TODAY IT IS ALREADY 40 EMAILS AND OVER 2 MONTHS AND I KNOW I WAS CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I NEVER ORDERED, NEVER USED AND CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. Should I continue discussion and get another nice email from another person, who doesnt know my case that she/he would help me? should I spend 2-3 hours talking to Dropbox, or simply pay for service I did not order / use?

Hi Peter Sperski, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As it sounds like you've been in contact with the support team, have you provided them with this information in reply to one of the tickets with the specialist team?
This will help me to assist further.

all details have been provided over 40 times... unfortunately to over 20 different people... Every time I have to start from the begining.
why your team insisted that charge did not belong to Dropbox over 30 times and after I asked bank to investigate with visa, Dropbox confirmed it was Dropbox charge...
to be honest I do not believe I will get my money back.

We appreciate the feedback. I can see in a recent ticket that the support team were able to locate your payment, and are looking into it further.

Dropbox after 1 month of exchanging emails stated that it was not a Dropbox charge and a senior consultant asked me to open a dispute with my bank. My bank proved that it was a Dropbox charge. Long story short - I've got my refund, but after 2 months of exchanging dozens of emails and chats. this community is the same as Dropbox chat - wasting of time.
