I downgraded from Pro to Basic, still got charged, and PayPal paid it.

The tricky part is that I can no longer even make contact to request the refund, since I no longer have that privilege (because of downgrading) even though I actually paid for it (and didn't want it)... Classic Catch-22.  I'm very hopeful that someone can help me — I have been a Pro-level customer for years, and would appreciate assistance.

    As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

     

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

     

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

      Thank you. The pathway you suggested brought me to a Billing Request Form which I filled out and will hopefully result in the generation of the Ticket ID#...  Appreciate your help.
