I don't see an option to cancel my plan
I am unable to cancel the auto renewal of the credit card. It automatically took payment and I'd like for this not to happen again next time. There is only option under billing to view the invoices...

I signed up for the free trial, and now I'm trying to cancel before my card is charged I not seeing the option to do so. I tried following the steps 1. Settings, 2. Plan Tab but there is no option that says Tab. I tried contacting support to no avail with the chatbot. Please help.

Hey Gawlin! Can you click on the “Manage account” option showing on your second screenshot (right below “Settings”), and let me know if you see the option to cancel your trial now?

It looks like the Dropbox account you’re currently logged in is a free Basic one, so there’s no subscription/trial to cancel there.
Do you have another email address linked to a different Dropbox account that’s been upgraded to a trial?
You can double check this by finding the email you should’ve received upon opting for the trial.
