I can't cancel my plan, the option doesn't appear when I follow the steps.
Hello. I would like to cancel my subscription. I no longer need it and I have not used it for a year. I have tried so many times to cancel my subscription, but I cannot find a way. I cannot do so on my laptop, neither my mobile device. I have followed all the prompts and steps provided but I cannot get out of it. I just get billed every month and no one can assist. I dont even know what my username and passwords are. And the cancel option does not come in any of my attempts of navigating the steps provided.
I would appreciate if someone can assist.
Regards
Lynne

How did you start your subscription? Was it through the Dropbox website, or through a mobile app? This will determine where you need to cancel.
If you upgraded through the Dropbox website and used a credit card, use the lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for. This will give you the email address associated with the account, then you can reset the password. Once you're able to sign in you can cancel from the bottom of your Subscriptions page.
If you upgraded through the app on your phone, then Dropbox doesn't manage your subscription. You'll need to contact either Apple or Google, depending on your phone type, for help with cancelling the subscription.
