I cancelled my plan twice and I still got charged. I'd like a refund.
Hi there,
I received and email that dropbox tried to charge my card and they were unsuccessful this morming, but I had cancelled the account last week, and then I made sure and re cancelled again to make sure this morning and then I was just charged on another credit card.
I would like to get refunded.
Is there an email ( support ) I can talk to a real person about this, thanks in advance.
