Hello Rich, hope you're still available to reply after so long. Just letting you know that I followed your advice and have yet to hear from Dropbox staff about a refund for accidental payment. I initially paid in September I believe after receiving an email that I was running out of storage, although I don't use Dropbox. Hope someone will contact me soon enough. I need a refund.
