How do I cancel my subscription?

Does Dropbox know that the only reason people signed up for Hellosign, let alone heard of Hellosign, is because of its Zapier Integration capabilities. And everything you bought has literally been destroyed with no discussion or I intention of fixing what was broken. We were willing to pay insane monthly fees for something that worked because all of the other services are exactly like this one is now.

Why can't I cancel my plan!??? I login to my admin account and go to settings>plan>cancel plan. When I click cancel plan button I get no feedback, nothing happens!! This is a highschool UI/UX mistake! Any beginner's website gives feedback when an error occurs or there is access denied, dropbox website doesn't. It should at least say why nothing is happening or why it's failing to cancel my plan. I want to be able to cancel my plan in one sit without contacting support and creating threads, not in one day. why is dropbox not capable of allowing that? This makes me never want to enroll in a dropbox plan again as canceling is a pain.

I tried directly with you and my acct is no where to be found. You charged me $13.02 on March 25. Please direct me how to cancel. I have had the same problem. I was charged $119 for the yearly subscription even though I did not authorize. I have been trying to cancel but no one is responding. The description Dropbox gives for unsubscribing is also inaccurate. I can only conclude the company is doing this deliberately to bleed our money. I did not subscribe via a mobile device.

Are you subscribed via an app store (Apple or GooglePlay)? If so you need to downgrade via there

I am very fraustrated with Dropbox website. It has been designed in a way that it doesn't provide any easy/possible way to cancel my dropbox account! This sounds like a scam to me! I simply want to cancel my account immediately. All I found in this websites are links to upgrade; nothing to cancel.
Please either cancel my account immediately or provide me with a phone line to talk to customer service.

I’ve followed the mobile directions and when I get to the “edit subscription” page there is just a list of all the subscription options ranging from $11.99 to $ 204.99. There’s literally no “cancel subscription” option. How is this even legal?? And no phone number to call someone unless you PAY $19.99 for a professional plan. That’s not right....clearly it’s set up so it’s impossible to unsubscribe & not having any sort of support on the other side other than these forums?! The lady on the other end apparently changed my subscription to a the “basic free version” and assured me i wouldn’t have any money taken out and that it’s not like the 30 day free trial. Hopefully this resolved the matter but I’m a bit wary. We’ll see when I get paid if they end up pulling money out of my account anyway. I just don’t understand why the “free basic plan” was never an option in the first place. Neither on the website or through my actual phone app subscription settings but like I said we’ll see what happens. I just don’t get why they sent me an email Monday literally say “We’re having trouble with your recent Dropbox Basic payment....blah blah blah...Or, your account will be automatically downgrade to our Basic plan (????)....” none of it makes sense. But anyway try speaking to someone via the live text support and see what they say, supposedly it is a real person in the other side. And like I said we’ll see what happens comes payday when I have money in my account. I’ll keep this updated for everyone cuz this is honestly bull crap.
