How can my boss get a refund for a double charge?

My boss paid for Dropbox Plus at 25.06.2024, but unfortunately it didn't work for some reason, so he had to pay again on 22.07.2024 to be able to continue working with Dropbox. Since he paid for the annual subscription twice, we would like to refund the payment from 25.06. because the funds were withdrawn but subscription not renewed.
