Failed renewal of subscription via Apple ID.

I renewed my Dropbox subscription two days before my subscription was about to expire. I renewed it through Apple ID. The payment and subscription were confirmed by Apple, and it is active. But Dropbox said there was a failed renewal and downgraded my account to basic. My money is deducted with no renewal. Please help.

    Hi, I’ve had a basic subscription for a while. I upgraded yesterday to a Plus subscription using Apple but my app is still showing a basic account. I have tried “Restore Purchases” within settings but get a domain error 409. Please can you help.
