Charged for an account I can't access. How can I stop the charges?

I have been charged for a dropbox account for over a year now, that I cannot access and have no idea the email address associated with the account. I tried having my bank deny the charge. I tried researching the issue, talking with chatbots, and have no idea how to stop being charged for this account.
