Can I renew my subscription 7 days earlier?
Hi, just wondering if it is possible to change the renewal/anniversary date - so its 7 days earlier?

Welcome to the Community, MW07!
Can you clarify what’s your current plan, as shown here?
If you’re on a personal subscription (Plus/Professional/Family/Essentials), and not on a Business team, I’m afraid it’s not possible to renew earlier than your set renewal date.
Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks Nancy.
Current plan is the Family membership. Based on your feedback, it seems that no changes to the renewal date can be made.
I read somewhere that you can cancel your subscription and then join up again, but I would be concerned about losing data so this is not ideal.
Many thanks, Mark

Hey Mark! What you read is true indeed and you could do this as a workaround.
You can check this Help Center article for more details on what would happen exactly in that scenario.
