Account Deleted and Files gone
Cannot find or load my Dropbox Professional Account.
First, my paid account in English is now in French.
Fixed that in preferences.
Second, AI wanted to verify my email and used my personal email.
To change that to the Professional Account email did not work.
Third, the Account was downgraded to a 2GB storage.
Fourth, Customer Service hours end at 5 PM but is it PST, MST or EST?
Last, there is now way I have found to contact a technical support advisor
and I am willing to pay real dollars right now.
Looks like I will 48 hours of access to my business files.
Is anyone else in the same boat?

PS: Dropbox might want to add a Standard Category like Catch-22, or May Day.

Hi Ablenav311, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
Could you clarify exactly how your account was deleted?
Were you part of a Dropbox Business team at one point or tried to join one?
