Unable to open files with Office Online
When clicking e.g. "Open with Microsoft Online Excel" on a file from the Dropbox website, a loading page shows and then it just ends up becoming a blank page. It used to work, but it seems there's a ...

Hi MarcusC and welcome to the Community!
Could you confirm the file types and sizes that you are getting this error with?
Equally, do you face the same issue when trying the same action from a different browser or incognito window?
Note, if you have a Dropbox Business account, editing Microsoft Office Online files requires an Office 365 subscription (Business, Business Essentials, Business Premium, ProPlus, E1, E3, E4, or E5), and so when opening such a file you’ll be asked to authenticate and sign into your Office 365 account.
However, personal plans (Basic, Plus, and Professional) do not require this.
You can read more about this integration and the file types/sizes supported, here.
If the issue persists, send me a screenshot of what you are seeing (without any personal information) and we will look into it further!
Awaiting your updates - thanks!

The same thing is happening to me! I have Dropbox for Business with a full Office 365 licence. I can intermittently edit excel online but usually have to clear my cookies/cache when I get the blank screen. Clearning my cache/cookies isn't working for me anymore - can you help?

Hi rianna_j; thanks for joining our Community!
I'm sorry to hear you're also having this issue and I'll be glad to help.
Can you let me know what device you're on and if the issue perists on other browsers or an incognito window (with no plugins or extentions running)?
Could you also check your account's 'Default apps' tab and let me know what you find there?
Thanks!

Exactly the same problem here. Did you manage to resolve this issue yet?

Hi C_L; thanks for joining our discussion and sorry to hear you're also having issues with this.
Can you please let me know on which browser you're noticing this and if it persists after clearing your browser's cache, on an incognito window or even a completely different browser?
While we're at it, can you also take a look at your account's default apps and let me know what options you see there for the Microsoft's file types (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)?
Thanks a bunch!

It appears to be broken in the latest Google Chrome version (Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)).
Fully cleared cache, tried in incognito mode - the lot - it just stopped working one day with nothing different on my side.
I have just managed to get it working using Firefox now, but have been happily working in Chrome for a long time until the problem loading started the other day.
