Send For Signature missing from Context Menu - Reviving this topic.

This used to be such a useful feature. It is now a source of frustration.

The 'View on Dropbox.com..' is much clunkier and far more time consuming.

It worked perfectly well before.

I do like that it gives me the option of what folder to put it into. I dislike that it now requires an extra screen to load before being able to place signable fields on the document.

I tried it out for about a month or so. I don't like it. Fix it please.

Signed,

Someone who doesn't have time for this.

      Thank you Megan,

So another click has been added to the process 😂😂

It used to be so beautiful and efficient, and now it's a tedious overengineered process.

I'm sure there's some good reasons for the changes, and some things that may be better behind the scenes.. but from an customer point of view it is less efficient, and clunky.

Now there's a Dropdown menu: Sign > Sign yourself | Get signatures

From a design perspective, sure this is cleaner. From a function perspective you're just wasting time.

      It's gone from*:

      1. Right click on file to access Context Menu > Get Signatures
      2. loading..
      3. Input Signer details
      4. Drag and Place Fields
      5. Send for Signature
      6. Confirm

      To

      1. Right click on file to access Context Menu > View on Dropbox.com..
      2. Click on Sign
      3. Click on Get signatures
      4. loading... loading... loading...
      5. Input Signer details
      6. loading... loading... loading...
      7. Drag and Place Fields
      8. Confirm
      9. loading... loading... loading...
      10. Choose destination folder (Which I actually like)
      11. loading...
      12. Send for Signature

*Memory may be a little hazy on the initial process as I'm currently blinded with mild frustration. But it was more streamlined.

New process can be done fairly quickly, but it's added 20-30 seconds on top of the old method... and that adds up when sending 10+ documents.
