Dropbox Fax is not working
Dear Dropbox Community, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding the complete failure of Dropbox Fax. I've been a premium subscriber for three months, and during that time, I have not received a single fax. This is unacceptable. Like many of you, I rely on fax services for important documents. The fact that Dropbox Fax is completely unreliable is not only inconvenient but potentially damaging. I've spent time and money on a service that simply doesn't work. My attempts to resolve this with Dropbox customer support have been utterly fruitless. They offer only email support, which is slow and unhelpful, and they refuse to issue refunds for their non-functional service. This is a clear case of profiting from a service they are unable to provide. Furthermore, I've seen reports of security breaches within the Dropbox system. This raises serious concerns about the safety and security of our sensitive information. I'm seriously considering pursuing legal action against Dropbox for this breach of trust and the financial losses incurred. I believe that a company that collects money for a service it cannot deliver should be held accountable. I urge anyone else experiencing similar issues with Dropbox Fax to share their experiences here. We need to collectively voice our concerns and explore all available options, including legal recourse, to ensure that Dropbox addresses this issue and compensates its customers. Has anyone else experienced: Complete failure to receive faxes? Unresponsive or unhelpful customer support? Concerns about security breaches? Difficulty in recieving refunds? Signing documents on the computer with just one click
Please, please please re-establish the possibility of signing documents directly on the PC, avoiding access to the web. Previously, with a right-click, it was possible to activate the procedure for obtaining digital signatures. Now you have to take the file, drag it onto the web page (which used to open autonomously) and continue with the signing. This creates several steps. Since you have removed the possibility of signing with a click, I have stopped using the service and find it very bad. Go back to one-click signing!Pasta privada para fotos
Devido ao aumento significativo do armazenamento de fotos íntimas, print ou fotos particular, em dispositivos móveis e ao fato de esses aparelhos/computares serem frequentemente emprestados a outras pessoas, seria essencial a criação de uma pasta privada para fotos com um nível de segurança mais elevado. O vazamento de fotos privadas na internet pode causar danos irreparáveis. Além disso, uma sugestão que considero relevante é a exigência de Face ID ou outro mecanismo de autenticação avançado não apenas em celulares, mas também em computadores. Atualmente, esse nível de segurança não está presente em todas as plataformas, tornando necessário um reforço na proteção de fotos enviadas para a nuvem, garantindo a privacidade e prevenindo acessos não autorizados. Acredito que o Dropbox poderia dedicar mais atenção a essa questão, pois não me sinto seguro ao armazenar prints ou fotos da galeria do meu celular. Seria fundamental a implementação de camadas extras de segurança para evitar vazamentos ou acessos indevidos.
Dropbox Sign issue: Signers linked to a Yahoo email not receiving signature?
Hi everyone, for the past 2 weeks dropbox is not sending emails to clients when requesting signature, this only happens with yahoo, ymail and rocketmail. I tried multiple email addresses different people, also being connected to different networks when sending signature request but nothing is received, any ideas suggestions?I can't change my Dropbox Sign settings, as the webpage keeps refreshing.
I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and goes right back to the templates home page. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign
Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working. Please could you assist us on solving this issue?
I need to delete the Dropbox Sign account I'm paying for, but I can't sign in.
I was charged a £168 yearly subscription fee for Dropbox sign, which I no longer use and didn't even realise I had to pay for. This is likely my fault, but I desperately need to delete the account and it won't let me login. The chat bot is totally not useful and I'm finding this super stressful. Please someone FROM DROPBOX respond to this ASAP. Thank you.
