Latest action on Signature Request record not updating to 'Cancelled' after cancelling the request
I cancelled Signature Request record in Salesforce, but latest action on Signature Request record is not updating to cancelled.
What could be the reasons? It is not updating from "Awaiting Signatur...

Hey bandaru123, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser/private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?

Hi @Hannah, I tried multiple times by clearing the cache and by opening the record in different browsers. But no luck. I just wanted to mention that it's working fine for the other values like it's getting updated to "Signature Completed" when all users sign, "Declined" when the document is declined. But facing issue only with "Cancelled" Latest action. We are facing this issue in all the 4 sandboxes we have, not only one. We have tested this month ago, it was working fine with no issues. Don't know why its not working now. Please help on this.
