Being told that email notification is getting bounced back. Can we check why?
Hey all, we're trying to send a Dropbox Sign link to a user, but we get a notification saying
"Our email notification to <email-address> about <topic> bounced back. This can happen if the email address is spelled incorrectly..."
We've checked the email address, and it's definitely valid and working as the user is receiving emails from other sources. Is there a way to check what the reason for the bounce back is, like viewing the NDR perhaps?
