Using Print Screen Key with DropBox Capture
For weeks Dropbox Capture has been responding to the Print Screen key alone. It suddenly stopped and is only saving to my dropbox without giving me the usual features of Capture. How can I rebind...

Hey LadyJessicaDarke, thanks for letting us know about this.
Can you please click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar, then on your initials/profile pic, then on "preferences", then on "backups", to see if the "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox" option is checked?
Can you take screenshots using the Capture app by opening the app itself?
Let me know what you find.

Hi Hannah
Real quick run down
- Screenshots are being taken when I hit Print Screen and being sent to drop box
- Drop box is set to capture screenshots. I did not change this setting before or after Capture was installed
- I am able to use both Hot Keys (Shift+Alt+P) or simply opening Capture and clicking screenshot to take a screenshot.
All of that is working normal, the odd change is that prior to a few days ago the Print Screen key was enough to trigger Capture to work, now it isn't. I prefer Capture to saving all of my monitors and then having to edit.

Hi LadyJessicaDarke, and sorry for jumping in.
Have you tried unchecking/re-selecting the "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox" option Hannah mentioned above? Do you see any difference if you do this?
