There is no Offine and Online icon next to file. I'm using Macbook Air M1 | macOS Ventura 13.4
My dropbox version is 175.4.5569
I read many issues about this and tried it already.
I've allowed Full disk access and accessibility already.
I've tried quit dropbox and relaunch finder but...

It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device at all? When did you first notice this behavior?
Also, in case you're using any third-party apps, can you completely quit and close these service applications, such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or others?
