Thanks for letting us know about this, Rapoo.
It's very strange that this is caused by Dropbox.
What is your Windows version?
Also, what is the sync status and version of the Dropbox app?
You can hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray for this info.
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hey Rapoo! You can find the syncing status of your Dropbox app by clicking on the small Dropbox icon in your system tray. The syncing status should be at the bottom (syncing/up to date etc).
Also, to clarify, is this something that’s only happening for your Dropbox files, or are you encountering the same behavior when working with other files/folders on your computer?

Hi Nancy
This happening also occurred on my previous computer, so I did not install Dropbox on this PC and was only using Chrome. Still, I thought it would be okay now that I changed my computer, so I reinstalled PC dropbox and the same happening occurred again.
First of all, the Dropbox shared folder is located in D, not the C drive where Windows is installed, and the clipboard did not work properly regardless of whether the file was in the shared folder or not.
Messenger files for PC are also installed on the C drive.
I don't know exactly under what circumstances it occurs, but a strange symptom appeared a few minutes after Dropbox was synchronized. After rebooting, it works normally, but then suddenly.
