Since you mention that you've been in touch with our Support team, could you let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567)?
In the meantime, could you make sure that you're running the latest stable version of the desktop app and that you don't have any pending OS updates?

Can you just confirm for me if you have the OS settings applied to save the screenshot to your Desktop?
