Mac Desktop app won't open after migrating my user profile from an older Mac

Mac Desktop install has started to fail on open after moving my user account and profile over from an older mac to a new MacbookPro M3 Max. I have read som of the similar messages in the forum and followed the uninstall/reinstall procedure. Help appreciated?
