Hi! I want to transform my team account back into a personal account. When I enter the page to disband my team, I check both of the checkboxes but the confirm button stays greyed-out and unclickable. What do I do?31Views0likes1CommentHow can we change team admin with no access to the current team admin's account?
We have a standard 5tb account and have a no access as the creator/admin refuses to hand over the log in. We are being told that there would be an additional cost to ADD or CHANGE admin to our business managers email address. Is this BS?43Views0likes5CommentsDowngrading from Dropbox Business to Dropbox Basic doesn't allow me to use Dropbox anymore
Hello, I write here about my problem with the hope somebody can help me. I always used Dropbox Basic with 2GB storage. With the same Dropbox profile I upgraded to Dropbox Business for me and my team in the office 4 years ago (6 persons in total). This month I stopped Dropbox Business since we started to use a physical storage in the office â before downgrading I deleted all the files from my Dropbox Business. Now I thought I could keep using my Dropbox Basic with 2GB storage but all the files I deleted are still in the bin and I canât permanently deleted them. Somehow itâs written that I am still using 53GB of space but I canât get rid of these files because I have no authorization anymore. I guess these files will remain in the bin for few months and probably they block my Dropbox Basic storage. Should I open a new Dropbox Basic account with another mail? Or is there a possibility to solve my issue? With Dropbox Basic I canât even get in contact with the support and somehow Iâm stucked... I am very grateful for any help - thank you!Solved49Views0likes5CommentsWhat strategies do users employ to effectively manage version control for collaborative projects?

I use Arch Linux as well as many other Linux flavors. Often on Arch with Gnome desktop I had trouble getting the Dropbox drop down menu to look and perform properly. I searched the Internet but really found nothing addressing my problem. I actually gave up on it for a few months. While trying to correct another problem with the app indicator panel I installed libappindicator-gtk3. It solved the other problem I was working on but I got an added bonus in that the Dropbox drop down menu suddenly started working perfectly as it does on Linux Mint Cinnamon, Debian Gnome and MX Linux Xfce. So just a tip if the Dropbox drop down menu is not performing properly on Arch Linux Gnome, try installing libappindicator-gtk3 from the Arch repositories. It is in the Arch official extra repository. I think it's possible that this solution could also help on any Arch based distro such as Manjaro, EndeavourOS, etc. if the Dropbox drop down menu doesn't look or perform correctly. I also had the same problem on Fedora Gnome but I don't currently have a free test partition to try this with Fedora.2.4KViews0likes2CommentsManaging your Dropbox subscription

Fellow DropBox Community Members, If you don't already know this, Third-Party AI is automatically set to "ON" without our permission. To FIX THIS: Go to your Account Icon > Settings > Third-Party AI and toggle OFF. Why DropBox thought it was a good idea not to be up front about this change is beyond me. But it's *very shady* and I'm not happy about it! I'm a longtime customer but I know I have other options and will leave if DropBox gets way too cozy with Third-Party AI folks. Sincerely, ECM7.6KViews16likes19CommentsNeed All The Modified Files and Folders list for a particular date
I want to obtain a list of all files and folders modified in Dropbox on a specific date for example 08/01/2023. Can you please provide the way in order to get this information as I can only see last modified date on a folder/file but not version history of the file/folder being modified and this requirement is crucial for our business.1.2KViews0likes1Comment
